Bonjour ! nous sommes Jeremy et Mya et voici notre voyage pour vivre dans une ambulance à plein temps !

Moi, Mya, je rêve du Van Lifing depuis 2017 ! Lorsque j’ai rencontré Jeremy en 2019, juste après mon expérience de mort imminente (vous pouvez en savoir plus sur ce qui s’est passé ici : Comment j’ai failli mourir ), je lui ai dit que j’avais eu ce rêve mais que je n’avais jamais trouvé le courage de passer à l’action. C’était la première fois qu’il entendait parler de Van Life et cela l’a intrigué ! Après une année pleine de guérison, de connexion et de croissance spirituelle, je savais que je devais prendre des mesures importantes pour vivre la vie que je voulais.

La vie est TELLEMENT courte, je ne pouvais pas envisager de la vivre comme je le faisais avant. J’ai quitté l’université et j’ai commencé à vivre selon mes propres termes. En 2020, je me suis mise à mon compte en tant que professeur de yoga et coach de vie ! Juin 2021, à l’âge de 19 ans, c’est là que la vision est devenue réalité !

Le 31 mai 2021, le jour de l’anniversaire de Jeremy, nous étions en train de camper et Jeremy a dit : « Pourquoi ne pas faire Van Life maintenant ? Le lendemain, j’ai ressenti un besoin intuitif d’aller sur Facebook Market Place et la première annonce que j’ai vue était cette beauté !

Nous cherchions le « véhicule parfait » depuis des mois et c’était tellement magique que le véhicule parfait soit apparu quand nous avons finalement dit que nous étions TOUS D’ACCORD et prêts ! Nous l’avons acheté LE JOUR MÊME !

Avec ZERO expérience mais BEAUCOUP d’idées, nous avons commencé à dessiner, à faire du brainstorming et à démolir ! Jeremy était très enthousiaste à l’idée de retirer tous les accessoires et la structure de l’ambulance. Pour ma part, j’ai eu plus de mal à lâcher prise car je voulais réutiliser autant de matériaux que possible et cela me faisait bizarre de détruire quelque chose pour lequel j’avais dépensé tant d’argent ! En fin de compte, je suis très reconnaissante à Jer pour sa confiance dans cette étape, car il a permis à la balle de commencer à rouler : Vlog de démolition !
